Holiday Gift Guide
Fun finds to help you get your list to the finish line.
Those who have finished their Holiday shopping prior to Thanksgiving deserve to be knighted by the Royal Family, preferably not prince Andrew. I, dear reader, am definitely not one of them. To my credit, I get a little more on top of it every year and even made some purchases after going down this Gift Guide rabbit hole I put together for all of you, which by the way I did a little differently this year.
You’ll find some fun collages below along with a few things to note about each one… but each category links to a Shopmy page that I’ll continue to add to as the weeks go on. So you can keep checking back for new ideas as you continue to look for the perfect gifts.
Also scroll to the bottom for helpful discount codes for your holiday shopping, there’s some good ones!
THE COOL GIRL
For all the fashion loving cool girls out there that you’re stumped on here are some ideas that will surely make her… well, lose her cool when she opens it.
If jewelry is something you know she’ll love, these honey moissanite earrings are so special, this Jane Pope hand engraved signet ring and a pave ear cuff. A great coat is always a good call like this houndstooth one ($269) or this classic leather jacket ($179). Any of these cashmere crewnecks (the best for $120) are a no brainer or this cashmere beanie. Some under $100 finds… socks from Italy… super hair (her hair is definitely important to her and Moon Juice is cool girl cult favorite)… and Mason Louis Marie perfume oil.
THE DUDES
When I asked everyone what gift guides they wanted to see, men were high on the list! Not a surprise as the men in my life are definitely the hardest to shop for too. So I had Todd weigh in on this a bit and here’s what he suggested…
Concert tickets was his first response, which I love this idea since most guys just don’t need much in the materials department. He mentioned the Jack Johnson + Hermanos Gutierez tour… anything RRL (no brainer)… a BlueJay bike (use my 20% off code Samantha20) a great pocket knife… a Gozney pizza oven (such a cute idea for kids to give their dad) and Yeti cooler for beach/boat days and beyond.
HOME
If you’re heading to someone’s house for Thanksgiving, these ideas might be great for a hostess gift. Also as someone who hosts every year, I have some thoughts on the best ideas…
There’s a lot of clean up around hosting a holiday and I end up loving any little packaged gift that has new dish towels, fancy dish soap (obsessed with the Koala Eco products as well), candles I can add to my next table setting or a fun drink/cocktail with all fixings (Ghia makes some fun non-alcoholic drinks — Use my code Samantha25 for 25% off).
Beauty is the most fun category to give girlfriends and sisters. Especially if it’s a product you’ve tried and swear by. Also anything self-care related is the best kind of gift to receive.
Crown Affair products are not only my favorite to use but there is something so utterly sleek about their packaging and design which makes it an elevated gift to give… this travel bundle is on my wishlist. Another next level beauty destination, this Violet Grey set of cult favorites is so good… a silk eye mask… this magnesium bath soak is perfect for a mother-in-law or anyone that helps watch your children (well deserved relaxation!) and lastly a red light mask—the gift that will keep on giving.
For more gift guide ideas… FOR THE KIDS… MY WISH LIST (which is really a hint hint to Todd) and your MIL… you can view them all HERE.
